Indoor Golf is delighted to confirm that visitors to the 2008 Senior Open, to be held at Royal Troon between July 24th and 27th, will be able to try the world famous "Postage Stamp" hole for themselves.
On behalf of the European Tour, Indoor Golf has converted the famous 8th hole for use on their market leading Full Swing Golf simulator. Any visitors to the tournament can try their own luck by hitting two tee shots to the green with prizes for the nearest the pin winners each day.
Indoor Golf worked exclusively with Craigtoun Golf Course Solutions as their partners in the surveying, mapping and conversion of the Postage Stamp hole. Working to measurement tolerances of sub 10mm, the green, bunkers and view from the tee have been replicated to the highest quality standards in the industry.
